Accessibility Statement

Last updated June 2025

Our Commitment

Inlet Therapy is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Standards We Follow

We strive to ensure that our website conforms to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.

Accessibility Features

Our website includes the following accessibility features: semantic HTML structure for screen reader compatibility, sufficient color contrast ratios throughout the design, keyboard navigation support for all interactive elements, descriptive alt text for all meaningful images, resizable text that functions without loss of content, and clear focus indicators for interactive elements.

Physical Accessibility

Please ask us about the building, parking and entrances before your first visit, and we will tell you what to expect. Video sessions are available in states where we are licensed (California) for clients who prefer or need to meet from home.

Assistive Technology

Our website is designed to be compatible with assistive technologies including screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver), screen magnification software, speech recognition software, and keyboard-only navigation.

Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some content may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working to identify and resolve any accessibility barriers.

Feedback

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of this site. If you meet a barrier or have a suggestion, write to hello@inlettherapy.com or call (415) 555-0124.

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 2 business days and to resolve issues within 10 business days where possible.
